Q: How much do I earn on my items?
A: Consignors receive 50% of the final sale price.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Payouts are made monthly, but in some cases we can pay you within 24 hours of a sale. Payment is available by PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or check.
Q: What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
A: Unsold items may be donated, returned to you, or — if you prefer — we can donate it on your behalf.
Q: How long do you keep items for sale?
A: Most items are listed for 90 days. After that, you can choose to extend, have the item returned, or allow us to donate it on your behalf.
Q: Do you list on multiple platforms?
A: Yes! We list on eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, Mercari, Shopify, and auctions — we choose the best platform to maximize each item’s selling potential.
Q: Do I need to clean or prepare items before consigning?
A: Yes, items should be clean and in good, sellable condition. This helps us list them faster and increases their chances of selling.
Q: Do you accept furniture on consignment?
A: Select furniture pieces are accepted if they’re in good condition. Please call us or text photos to (301) 363-2722 before bringing furniture.
